Position: Dereva wa Lori (Tipper / Flatbed)
Applicant Qualifications
Work Experience: 5 – 7 years
Must have a valid Driver's Certificate (Cheti cha Mdereva)
Age: 30 years or older
Must be disciplined, accountable, and have experience in site work / long routes
Benefits and Compensation
Salary: Tsh 400,000/=
Salary advance is provided on the 15th of each month
Employment contract will be provided
NHIF: The company will contribute
NSSF: Will be deducted according to the law
Good allowance for each trip
Allowances are paid DAILY (advance)
Leave System
90 days of work / 8 days of rest
Leave Bonus: Tsh 100,000 every time you go on leave
Additional Benefits
Bereavement support: In case of the death of a close relative
Driver's children's education: After 6 months of service, starting from Secondary / Diploma / Degree
