 Devices Support Specialist (Grade 8)
Job Purpose:This Role will be responsible for supporting the implementation of devices initiatives while ensuring healthier data business growth.Core Responsibility:

Execute Mobile broadband initiatives
Work closely with IT and technical to ensure products are well configured


Analyzing and Monitoring devices offers performance
Prepare and coordinate training related to Data and devices to all customers touch points
Work closely with other departments to ensure MBB products are delivered and communicated well in all customers touch points. 
Support the execution of Devices financing
Support the execution of Open market products
Support Tecno's motorbike and TV mega promo

Qualification and Experience

Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Accounts, Management, IT or related fields
1-year experience in sales and distribution, Customer support, Data and Devices Knowledge.
