Job Qualifications/Experience

University degree in Business administration, Computer Science, Information System or any related discipline
At least 4 years industry experience in similar roles, preferably with a significant track record in managing digital channels
Thorough knowledge of banking products and services
Strong knowledge of ICT infrastructure and tools
Strong knowledge of business intelligence
Sufficient knowledge and understanding go the market
Risk management techniquie
Banking technique and operations
Strong persuasion and communication skills
Good presentation and project management skills
Excellent stakeholder management skills
A creative approach, with the ability to anticipate challenges and develop innovative solutions
