INDUSTRY: BANKING
HR World Ltd on behalf of our client, we are looking for a Digital Products Manager responsible for designing and driving implementation of digital products and digital sales, including digital lending through strategic partnership MNOs and Fintech.
Responsibilities:
Drive fundamental transformation of the bank’s digital product offerings to support the business goals and make informed decisions regarding the product’s strategy and road maps and follow through with delivery.
Ensuring effective migration of customers from traditional products to digital products to embrace digital journey transformation.
Guaranteeing consistent delivery of across all digital solutions developed to ensure high quality customer experience.
Ensuring all digital projects have clearly defined metrics to evaluate success and continuous measurable improvement.
Working closely with management to identify and prioritize potential digital projects.
Work closely with clients, partners, and business areas to champion and execute on the strategy and road maps and create end-to-end customer journeys for current and future product offerings.
Manage total performance of digital products to meet critical business metrics, including traffic, user satisfaction, consumer engagement, and financial result
Implement and grow a competitive intelligence for digital products, including analysing competitors’ products and communicating competitive threats and opportunities to the bank’s leadership team
Keeping track of key developments in the digital space across all industries to continually identify new ideas, tools and trends that could provide opportunities for new developments
Identifying potential digital start-ups and companies in the market for partnerships with digital unit
Budgeting for and enabling teams to experiment and build proof of concepts and projects to generate product ideas.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree preferably in ICT/Commerce and banking qualifications
A master’s degree and/or management degree would be an added advantage
A minimum of 5 years working experience in digital product management or related field
