Job Title: Direct Sales Manager
Job Location: Dar es Salaam
Department: Operation
Reports To: Operations Director
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
In charge of assisting in Direct sales work, Dish transfer activity in the Departments HQ and Branches
Development of large customers, maintenance the relationship
Accomplish the targets of customer sales, and ensure the timely payment
Achieve the sales tasks independently, and teamwork tracking big customer.
Long-term maintenance the relationship of customer’s decision-maker.
Try the best to collect the information of customers’ and Target customers’ requirement, and report to the Manager/Director in time
According to the rules of company , visit the customers on time
Ensure the repayment timely, and submit the document
Supervise your staff checking their sale record and payment on time, if there is any loss, report to the Manager/Director immediately.
Any other tasks assigned by the upper management
Qualification, Experience in Direct Sales: Diploma and above
