Main Responsibilities:
Managing the university's ICT systems and infrastructure.
Ensuring the security of systems, networks, and institutional information.
Supervising ICT staff and providing technical support.
Managing ICT projects and technology upgrades.
Recommending appropriate hardware and software.
Coordinating ICT security audits and investigations.
Preparing ICT status and performance reports.
Managing relationships with ICT vendors and service providers.
Keeping the university updated with emerging technologies.
Leading technological change and promoting teamwork within the ICT department.
Academic Qualifications:
A Bachelor's Degree
A Master's Degree
Work Experience:
At least 6 years of relevant work experience.
