Job Purpose
The role holder is responsible for developing and implementing key growth strategies, tactics and action plans. S/he will be leading all new mill expansion activities, setting up new sales regions, training sales teams and supporting recruitment, overseeing pilots, and overseeing all sales operations. 
Job Qualifications / Experience 

Bachelors' Degree in Business Administration (Master's Degree preferred) or any other related field. 
8+ years of work experience, with 5 years + experience doing country-launch sales implementations 
Experience working in international/multicultural settings, navigating complicated issues involving multiple stakeholders. 
Experience and skills in reading and reviewing statistical reports. 
Strong background and experience in managing remote teams. Social Impact experience, can be from private sector or social enterprise Experience with working in data -rich settings 
A valid driver's license 
Experience with driving 4x4 vehicles, preferably manual cars. 
Experience with navigating rough roads in more remote areas.
