Duties and Responsibilities
To monitor works done by artisans and ensure adherence to regulations, procedures and standards;
To assist in processing payment certificates/claims for service/goods providers;
To implement maintenance work in accordance with laid down routine and preventive maintenance procedures;
To make periodical inspections on all systems and installations to identify areas needing attention;
To collect maintenance history in a format that facilitates retrieval and analysis;
To repair and replace defective components in motors, generators, controllers, storage batteries, switchboards, conductors, switches and varied electrical fixtures;
To install improvements and major upgrades to electrical plant and subsystems; and
To perform other related duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
Holder of Ordinary Diploma or Full Technician Certificate (FTC) in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution with at least Upper Second Class.
