Employee Performance Management Coordinator
Job Purpose
Provide first hand support to Managers and employees in the implementation and administration of the
organization’s performance management system and process, coordinating goal setting, appraisals and
monitoring key performance indicators in line with policies and procedures
Key Responsibilities
Performance Management
Coordinate and administer the company’s performance appraisal process (quarterly, bi-annual, annual).
Guide managers and employees in setting SMART objectives and KPIs aligned with business strategy.
Ensure consistency, fairness, and compliance in the evaluation process.
Maintain performance records and manage data in HRIS/performance management systems.
Employee Development & Coaching
Identify high performers, potential successors, and areas for improvement.
Work with managers to create individual development plans (IDPs).
Support employee training and development initiatives based on performance gaps.
Analytics & Reporting
Track performance metrics at individual, team, and organizational levels.
Analyze performance data and provide reports/recommendations to HR leadership and management.
Support decision-making related to promotions, rewards, or disciplinary actions.
Collaboration & Advisory
Partner with HR, line managers, and leadership to strengthen the performance culture.
Provide coaching to managers on effective feedback and performance discussions.
Participate in designing performance-linked compensation and recognition programs.
Continuous Improvement
Recommend improvements to performance management tools, processes, and policies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR or equivalent
3+ years of experience in similar or related roles
Strong understanding of performance management process and best practices.
Experience in in-house stakeholder engagement and consultation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Knowledge of HR software/ system including performance management
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
