ERP & Systems Integration Specialist
Job Purpose
The ERP & Systems Integration Specialist is responsible for managing and maintaining the SAP Business One ERP system, ensuring seamless integration with other business applications, and providing technical support to end-users. The role involves system configuration, user training, troubleshooting, report customization, and database administration to optimize operational efficiency and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
1. ERP Management & Administration

Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP Business One and its modules.
Manage SAP HANA database administration, ensuring data integrity and system performance.
Ensure proper user access control, licensing management, and security policies.
Monitor system updates, patches, and upgrades, coordinating with vendors and consultants.
Develop and implement system policies and procedures to enhance performance and reliability.

2. User Support & Training

Provide first-line technical support to SAP Business One users and troubleshoot system issues.
Conduct user training sessions to ensure optimal system utilization.
Assist departments in process optimization through ERP functionalities.
Create and maintain user manuals and documentation for SAP Business One workflows.

3. Customization & Report Development

Develop and customize reports using Crystal Reports and SQL queries based on business needs.
Work with departments to design dashboards and reports that enhance decision-making.
Modify and improve existing SAP Business One workflows to align with business operations.

4. Systems Integration & Automation

Integrate SAP Business One with other business systems, including Terminal Manager, PetroNite, AfroApps, and NEXX.
Work with software vendors to ensure smooth data exchange between systems.
Develop and implement automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

5. Data Management & Compliance

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across the ERP system.
Perform regular data backups and recovery testing.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices in ERP management.

6. Project Management & Continuous Improvement

Participate in ERP-related projects, including new module implementation and system enhancements.
Identify and implement best practices to improve ERP system efficiency.
Collaborate with different business units to assess system needs and enhancements.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience managing SAP Business One ERP, preferably with SAP HANA.
Strong knowledge of SQL scripting, database management, and Crystal Reports development.
Experience in integrating ERP systems with other business applications.
Understanding financial and business processes, including procurement, inventory, and sales.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and training skills.

Work Environment & Conditions
Based at Afroil Investment Limited offices, with occasional travel to business units. Required to be available for system support outside normal working hours when necessary.
