Reporting to CEO
Qualifications
A Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any related field
Experience

At least 4-5 years working experience in a similar role

Duties

Manage CEO’s electronic diary, assessing the priority of appointments and reallocation as necessary.
Manage CEO’s travel arrangements (including visas/accommodation)
Process CEO’s correspondence, ensuring that incoming correspondence is dealt with by the CEO/or on behalf of the CEO or other staff as appropriate
Maintain CEO’s office system, including data management and filing
Screen calls, inquiries, requests and deal with them when appropriate
Assist CEO in reaching and following up with the action on matters which fall within the CEO’s responsible
Organize meetings and ensure the CEO is well prepared for those meetings, preparing agendas, pre-meeting briefing, and meeting papers

Requirements

Excellent Administrative and Secretarial skills
Must have an understanding of the requirements and implications of working with the CEO
Good oral and written communication skills
Organizational skills and ability to multitask
Ability to be proactive and take the initiative
Good computer skills – Ms. Office
