EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
HR World Ltd on behalf of our reputable client in Insurance Industry we are looking for Executive Assistant to CEO.Reporting to CEO
Qualifications
A Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any related field
Experience
At least 4-5 years working experience in a similar role
Duties
Manage CEO’s electronic diary, assessing priority of appointments and reallocation as necessary
Manage CEO’s travel arrangements (including visas/accommodation)
Process Director's correspondence, ensuring that incoming correspondence is dealt by the CEO/or on behalf of the CEO or other staff as appropriate
Maintain CEO’s office system, including data management and filing
Screen calls, enquiries, requests and deal with them when appropriate
Assist CEO in reaching and following up with action on matters which fall within the CEO’s responsibilities
Organise meeting and ensure that CEO is well prepared for those meetings, preparing agendas, pre-meeting briefings and meeting papers.
Requirements
Excellent Administrative and Secretarial skills
Must have an understanding of the requirements and implications of working to a CEO
Good Oral and Written communication skills
Organisation skills and ability to multitask
Ability to be proactive and take the initiative
Good computer skills - Ms Office
