Responsibilities

Follow all documented Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
Manage correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, and other relevant software.
Coordinate and manage document control processes for the Exploration Departments.
Order materials, stationery, and equipment supplies for the Exploration and Mining sections.
Order and manage office supplies, equipment, and other resources; maintain adequate inventory levels.
Work together with SC and Finance to initiate PR/PO as per the company system, process invoices and follow up on payment; analyse and produce monthly/quarerly cost reports.
Support the team with photocopying, binding, scanning, filing, and general clerical tasks.
Pick and pack orders accurately for material delivery.
Maintain the organisation of electronic and paper filing systems.
Administer department roster and leave scheduling
Proactively contributes to a safe, organised, and efficient working environment.
Ensure timely entry and updating of critical business data into company systems and databases.
Create, manage, and update documents, spreadsheets, and databases, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company standards.
Provide clerical and administrative assistance to various teams and departments to support daily business operations and special projects.
Provide timely and constructive feedback to peers and management to promote continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Qualification Requirements

Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field (preferred).
Computer Course Certificate

Skills / Knowledge Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience, preferably within mining, geology, or exploration environments.
