Overview
The position is for Sandies Baobab Resort in Zanzibar, Tanzania.
In this position you will supervise the assigned F&B Outlet to achieve maximum satisfaction of guests; engagement of employees and exceed the budget of the outlet in terms of revenue.


REQUIREMENTS

Excellent English. Knowledge of additional European languages is an advantage;
Supervisory experience in Food & Beverage in 5* resort or hotel;
Experience in remote / island destination is an advantage;
Good proficiency in training, SOP development, cost management, guest relations.
