Facility Site Supervisor Position at BVC Company LTDJob OverviewBVC Company LTD is seeking a dedicated and experienced Facility Site Supervisor to oversee and coordinate all daily facility management activities. This role is crucial for ensuring that all building systems, cleaning operations, maintenance tasks, and grounds-keeping services are delivered to the highest standard. The ultimate goal is to maintain a safe, clean, and fully functional environment for the organization. The supervisor will lead a team of 25+ staff and ensure compliance with service level agreements.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily facility operations including cleaning, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, pool, playground, and waste management.Conduct daily site inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure work quality.Lead, schedule, and manage a team of 25 staff: cleaners, handymen, groundsmen, plumber, electrician, and AC technician.Prepare and submit weekly and monthly facility reports to Facility administration and BVC management.Ensure all preventive maintenance is carried out per the agreed schedule (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly).Respond to emergency maintenance requests and coordinate rapid resolution.Manage inventory of consumables (cleaning agents, hand soap, bin liners, filters, etc.) and request reorders.Verify that all equipment owned by BVC is in good working condition and arrange for repairs or third-party hire when needed.Enforce health, safety, and environmental standards; ensure all staff wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).Act as the primary point of contact for the client’s authorized representative.Train and mentor on-site staff to improve performance and safety awareness.Maintain daily attendance records and manage shift schedules.Qualifications and ExperienceEducation & QualificationDiploma or Certificate in Facility Management, Engineering, Building Technology, or a related field.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or Engineering is an added advantage.ExperienceMinimum 3–5 years of experience in facility management, maintenance supervision, or a similar role.Experience managing a team of at least 15 people.Prior experience in a Facility, hospital, hotel, or large institutional campus is preferred.Proven track record of handling preventive maintenance programs.Knowledge & SkillsStrong knowledge of building systems: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and civil works.Familiarity with cleaning standards, pool maintenance, and grounds-keeping.Computer proficiency: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and email communication.Ability to write clear daily and monthly reports.Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work under pressure and respond to after-hours emergencies.Organized, detail-oriented, and professional in dealing with clients, staff, and visitors.Application ProcessInterested candidates should submit the following documents via email to akinyero@bvc.co.tz with the subject line: "Application – Facility Site Supervisor ".Detailed CV (maximum 4 pages)Cover letterApplication Deadline30th April 2026Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for interviews.About BVC Company LTDBVC Company LTD is committed to core values of Reliability, Safety, Continuous Improvement, Integrity, Teamwork, and Client Partnership.Contact InformationBVC Company LTDP.O.
