Key Responsibilities:
Actively promote, market, and sell residential and commercial real estate properties.
Develop and maintain relationships with potential buyers, investors, and property owners.
Conduct property tours and represent the company professionally.
Prepare and present sales proposals and reports to management.
Meet assigned sales targets and contribute to company growth.
Minimum Qualifications:
Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in property sales or general sales will be highly considered.
A Degree in Real Estate or a related discipline will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Must be proactive, results-driven, and customer-focused.
