3years plus in Farm Field operations and negotiation.
Job role
FPO’s Responsibilities:
Face to face price negotiations for farm produce
Daily price update report
Execute farmers recruitment & profiling in the company database
Develop farmers harvest calendar for three months for various crops
Coordinate farming contracts management options
Conduct a survey on farmers
Ensure consistency and supply of quality farm produce
Support Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Publicity activities at farmer level to ensure all activities and EAF contribution on farmer income generation are well known in the community;
Support creation of improved linkages between farmers, cooperatives, public and private service providers and other relevant stakeholders through the development of inclusive business cases;
Conduct other activities as assigned by the management.
