Position Summary
Ifakara Health Institute seeks a qualified Field Worker who will work with the Sub-TB project to follow up participants at the clinic and their home place.
Duties and Responsibilities

Follow up household members of the patients at their home place.
Taking samples (Blood and sputum) of the participants
Reconsenting participants
Identification and Management of adverse and severe adverse event
Initial development of SOPs

Qualification and Experience

Diploma/Certificate in nurse, laboratory or medicine
Experience in research
Experience in riding a motorbike

Skills and Competencies

Patient Management skills
Computer skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills
