Responsibilities
B&B Specialized Healthcare is a multispecialty clinic aimed at providing quality and comprehensive healthcare to patients of all ages. Our clinic is looking for a Finance/Accountant Assistant to fulfill the following roles:
Ensures the management of the data file and the appropriate filing of the electronic and hard copies of the financial documents and reports.
Prepares the monthly financial report based on the accounting application available at B&B Healthcare Ltd.
Carries out the calculation of the payroll for all B&B Healthcare staff based on valid contracts.
Maintains payment record of all invoices received.
Maintains payee statement records for all suppliers.
Oversee petty cash with all due accounting precautions.
Prepares the elements for the budget analysis.
Qualifications
B&B Specialized Clinic invites applications from Finance Assistants with at least two years of experience
Minimum of Diploma in relevant field from a recognized institution
