Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field
At least 2 years' experience in accounting/finance (NGO or private sector)
Knowledge of fund accounting and donor compliance is an advantage
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
