We bring together legal knowledge and a sound understanding of the business environment in which our clients operate.On behalf of our esteemed corporate clients, we invite applications from highly qualified and experienced professionals for the following roles:FINANCE DIRECTOR (5 Positions)Sectors: Manufacturing, construction, logistics, energy and financial services.Role overviewThe Finance Director will provide strategic financial leadership, oversee financial planning and reporting, strengthen internal controls, and support sustainable business growth.Key responsibilitiesLead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting.Oversee financial controls, cash flow management and financial risk assessment.Support investment appraisals, financing arrangements and major commercial transactions.Oversee financial reporting and coordination with auditors and relevant authorities.Advise management on financial risks and business decisions.Work with operational leaders to improve financial performance and accountability.Qualifications and experienceBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline.Professional qualification such as CPA (T), ACCA, CIMA or an equivalent qualification.Minimum 5 to 7+ years of progressive financial management experience, with at least 2 years in a senior executive role within a medium-to-large enterprise.Strong analytical, leadership, communication and decision-making skills.PLEASE NOTE: ONLY SHORTLISTED CANDIDATES WILL BE CONTACTED FOR INTERVIEWS.
