Job Purpose
Responsible for maintaining proper Financial Management and Controls in safeguarding the company's financial and material resources in furtherance of its mission and vision.
Job Qualifications /Experience
Bachelor of Commerce in finance or business-related field;
Masters in finance or related fields will be an added advantage;
Certified Public Accountant (K)/ACCA Certified or related professional qualification;
A minimum of 8 years in finance and accounting with at least 3 years in managerial position;
Experience in FMCG or retail industries preferred; Good appreciation of IFRS standards including their implementation;
Knowledge and understanding in accounting, taxation and administration;
Experience in payroll management;
Ability to make timely decisions in cost control and other financial decisions;
Advanced level skills in Excel and proficient across a range of MS suite platforms and other reporting systems and tools;
A thorough understanding of financial governance practices.
