Job Qualifications/Experience
Degree in Accounting
A Master's in business administration (MBA), will be an added advantage
Professional qualifications, such as CPA, CIMA, etc.
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in a commercial bank or similar institution
Leadership, motivation, and people management skills
Team player with strong interpersonal skills
Computer skills in accounting /banking packages
Cost management
Liquidity management
Internal & external audit experience Women are encouraged to apply
