TPC Ltd, one of the most well-respected sugar producers in Tanzania, is looking for a Finance Manager to join its team in Moshi, at the foot of Mount Kilimanjaro. Are you a finance professional with strong leadership skills and a solid background in financial management and auditing? This opportunity is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare management accounts and financial statements
Oversee the budgeting process and coordinate audits
Ensure tax compliance and optimize financial systems
Drive the Finance team's performance and collaborate with other departments
Who We're Looking For:
ACCA, CPA, or equivalent qualification
At least 4 years of experience as a Finance Manager in a similar-sized company
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and leadership abilities
