FINANCE OPERATIONS MANAGERINDUSTRY: AUTOMOTIVELOCATION: MWANZAHR World limited on behalf our client in Automotive industry, we are looking for a Finance Operations Manager who will manage the financial operating systems, processes, administration, and internal controls supporting the organisation's mission, enabling sound business decisions based on financial accuracy.
RESPONSIBILITIES;
Represent the company in all forms of communication, maintaining good working relationships and networks with internal and external stakeholders, external suppliers, and clients.
Respond to and follow up on all enquiries by email, telephone and personal visits as required.
Responsibility for building and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Demonstrate a strong customer service focus and quality communication and output in all interactions with key stakeholders and external contacts
Ensuring timeous payment of all stock and branch expenses – local and foreign.
Overseeing routine department activities to ensure that they are completed accurately and on time.
Establish internal controls, systems and processes which provide Financial Corporate Governance, reflected through audits.
Prepare the monthly Estimated Liability schedule for foreign exposure
Ensuring monthly preparation of obsolescence and upliftment schedules and distribution to reviewers and stakeholders.
Assist auditors with queries
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
Minimum five (5) to eight (8) years of Finance experience in a similar environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional organisational skills and impeccable attention to detail.
