Job descriptionRole Purpose Overall accountability of ensuring company vehicles are serviced and maintained accordingly Overall accountability of processing fleet and facilities requisitionsPromote awareness on safe driving Key accountabilities and decision ownership Ensure all company vehicles are insured, registered, roadworthy, have valid TLB and observe new legislationObtain weekly vehicle inspection checklist and record accurately mileage and any anomaly reportedCreate awareness to company drivers to adhere to fleet company policies and country traffic lawsAnalyse car tracking system reports to monitor vehicle usage and report any misuseKeep accurate records of vehicle service schedules, tires change, battery request and ensure that vehicles are maintained according to the scheduleProcess requisitions for supplier POsPrepare precise reports, memos, and documents as requestedConduct drive tests for new driversAccomplish any other duties that may be assigned by the fleet manager Must Have Technical/Professional Qualifications At least 3 years’ experience in Fleet administrationMinimum Diploma GraduateFacilities management experience would be advantageousHave a valid driving license not less than 2 years Job Type Full-time Employment Type Permanent
