About the Role

This role is essential in delivering exceptional service and high-quality food to our clients. The ideal candidate will act as a brand ambassador, maintaining food and service standards, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Supervise daily catering operations to ensure smooth functioning, from food preparation to customer service.
Manage client feedback and resolve complaints promptly.
Monitor the quality of food and services provided to customers.
Plan and create food and beverage menus, considering clients' preferences and special requests (e.g., healthy meals for children).
Determine ingredient requirements and establish portion sizes.
Train and manage wait staff and kitchen personnel, promoting a high-performance work environment.
Oversee food preparation, customer service, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Manage stock levels, place orders as needed, and report on expenses.
Arrange food tastings for potential clients to showcase the company's offerings.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
Fluent in English.
At least 5 years of experience, preferably in the catering or hospitality industry.
Experience in the hotel industry is a strong advantage.
Strong leadership, customer service, and organizational skills.
