POSITION: Front Desk Receptionist 
INDUSTRY: Oil and Gas 
REPORTS TO: HR and Office Administrator 
JOB LOCATION: Dar es Salaam 
JOB PURPOSE 
The role holder will be responsible with handling clients, guests, co-workers' inquiries through phone, electronically and face to face. In addition to that the person will also be required to provide administrative, Operational and HR support. 
PREFERRED EDUCATION 
Degree or Advanced Diploma 
PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE 
Administrative and Front Desk experience 
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE 
2 years of related experience 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborate with the HR, operations and Administration team Responding to incoming calls in a friendly and professional manner Tidy and maintain the reception area by organizing files and papers 
Monitor visitor access and maintain security and health awareness such as sanitization 
Schedule and maintain office diary either manually or electronically 

KEY COMPETENCIES 

Organizational abilities 
Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines and printers) Professional, customer service attitude and appearance 
Verbal and written communication skills in clear English and Swahili language Ability to be proactive and resourceful and attentive to details
