FX Sales & Governance Lead - Treasury
Job Purpose
A Governance and Sales Dealer in the Treasury department plays a crucial role in managing and overseeing various financial activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and supporting the sales function within the Treasury.
Duties
FX Sales
Product Structuring: Work closely with the sales team to structure financial products such as forex, derivatives, fixed income, etc. that meet client needs while adhering to governance and risk standards.
Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their needs and offer appropriate financial products. Ensure that all client interactions are compliant with regulatory standards.
Treasury Operations
System Management: Work with IT teams to ensure that Treasury systems are robust, secure, and meet the needs of both the governance and sales functions.
Governance
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all Treasury activities comply with relevant local and international financial regulations, such as those relating to anti-money laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), and other regulatory frameworks.
Policy Implementation: Develop, implement, and regularly update Treasury policies and procedures to align with regulatory changes and industry best practices.
Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
A master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM) is highly preferred.
ACI dealing certificate is required.
Work Experience
5+ years of experience in Treasury, with a strong focus on governance, compliance, and sales support.
