GAS PLANT OPERATORINDUSTRY-MANUFACTURINGOn behalf of our reputable client HR World Ltd is looking to hire a Gas plant Operator to manage their Hydrogen gas production plant and operate the Nitrogen gas production plant.
RESPONSIBILITIES;
Production of hydrogen gas at 42 - 60 Nm3/hr in production plant.
Production of nitrogen gas at 200 - 400 Nm3/hr in production plant.
Recording Hydrogen gas production parameters in a shift to the shift logbook
Recording Nitrogen gas production parameters in a shift to the shift logbook.
Control lie density for the hydrogen plant.
Filling of nitrogen storage tank as per schedule.
Inspect plant leakage and inform the production shift engineer.
Execute housekeeping in line with Kaizen principles.
Do autonomous maintenance activities.
Implement continuous improvement activities.
Adherence to safe work practices and good housekeeping.
Inspection of inductors and report machine malfunction.
Removal of bottom and top dross
Removal of metal scrap.
Reporting of operating parameters.
QUALIFICATIONS;
Diploma/FTC in Engineering (Mechanical, Production, Chemical, Industrial) or equivalent.
Minimum of 3 years working experience in relevant work
Qualifications as an added advantage: Basic knowledge of Kaizen principles.
Possess Technical knowledge.
Experience in working in a manufacturing environment
