AAN Associates is looking for ''Gender Expert" for UNICEF Tanzania opportunity of "Evaluation of the Simplified Birth Registration System in mainland Tanzania".
Required Skills and Experience
Education:

Master's Degree in social science especially gender studies, or relevant discipline

Experience:

5-9 years of increasingly responsible professional experience in the substantive area, of which five years at the international level
Extensive experience in research and policy-level analysis.
Substantial experience in design, monitoring and evaluation of gender projects
Experience in using gender-based analysis approaches (GBA+) (must)
Experience of working with UN agencies, preferably UNICEF

Language:

Fluency in English language, including excellent drafting and presentation skills.
Knowledge of duty station languages ( Swahili).
