Job descriptionMUST DOAs the most senior executive in the country, the General Manager is responsible for setting the strategic vision for the local organization aligned with the company mission and goals;Responsible for managing the local team in order to ensure the delivery of the agreed (financial and non-financial) goals;Assure the control and delivery of the Profit & Loss agreed targets of the business unit;Taking control of the current and long-range objectives and setting of the adequate product and service sales and marketing plans for future developments;Representation of the Company and its values in its relationships with major customers, suppliers, and competitors;Execution of the above functions in accordance with the general policies of the Company. MUST HAVEUniversity degree (MBA preferable);Background of New Media industry with8 10 years’ experience, in Telco, IT or mobile marketing companies;Wide range experience in managing large teams;Previous experience in a multinational environment is considered plus;Ability to work autonomously with team members in other countries;Business negotiation and communication skills;Ability to work under pressure;
