JOB PURPOSE
General Manager Programs will be responsible to play a crucial role in managing and coordinating the organization's activities, working closely with the General Manager Finance and Operations
PREFERRED EDUCATION
Master's degree in Public Health, Business Administration and Social Science or relevant field
PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE
Knowledge of local community dynamics and ability to navigate cultural sensitivities to build trust
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
At least 5 years experience in strategic planning, managing, coordinating and developing programs.
Proven experience in a leadership role within a healthcare institution or organization focused on pediatric neurology, rehabilitation, or special needs care
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient and smooth functioning of the institution.
Oversee the therapists in the design and implementation of effective treatment and support programs for brain-damaged children based on best practices and evidence-based approaches
Train and supervise a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, therapists, teachers, and social workers.
Develop strong links with local communities and local government institutions to raise awareness and advocate for the rights and needs of brain-damaged children and to raise awareness about organization's mission and services
Developing operational programs and budgets
