Position: Graduate Trainee
Working Station: Kibaha
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or any other related field.
Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, including welding, machining, and fabrication.
Familiarity with engineering drawings and CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) will be an added advantage.
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Demonstrated willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced production environment.
High level of integrity, discipline, and a strong work ethic.
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality and safety standards in all production processes.
