Ministry of Health, Community Development, Gender, Elderly and Children (MOHCDGEC) through Global Fund Grants is looking for enthusiastic, creative and energetic individuals whom will work under contractual agreement to fill the following vacant positions:
NATIONAL TUBERCULOSIS AND LEPROSY PROGRAM
Job Title: Grant Administrative Assistant – 1 Position
Location: Dodoma
Reporting to: Administrator – NTLP
Duties and responsibilities:

Provide administrative support of grant implementation by:
Coordinate and make follow up of approval processes at for activities implementation and maintain an inventory of permit
Liaison with coordinators at CTLU and Sub-recipient (SRs) to ensure effective implementation and timely reporting of Grant activities
Ensure financial documentation are appropriately and timely filled for implemented activities
Coordinate and facilitate schedules, meetings and events
Provide support for logistics arrangements for office staff during implementation
And any duties assigned by Program Manager

Experience and Qualifications

Bachelor degree or advanced diploma in public administration, finance or business administration
Excellent written and verbal communication skill
3 years’ experience as an office administrator.
Skilled user of MS office (word, excel, outlook, PowerPoint, and access).
Ability to work in indecently and with a team.
Impeccable attention to details, document management skills, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Age limit: 50 years

Terms of Employment: 3 years Contract (Renewable based on Performance and availability of funds)
