Group Business Director
The role is a senior Group leadership position responsible for driving commercial performance, profitability, strategic execution, operational accountability, and sustainable growth across all operating companies within the Group.
Responsibilities
Drive Group-wide revenue growth, profitability, and business performance.
Oversee performance management and accountability across all operating companies.
Monitor budgets, forecasts, collections, operational efficiency, and commercial performance indicators.
Lead strategic execution and alignment of business objectives across the Group.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, Commerce, or related field.
MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification will be an added advantage.
Minimum 10 years' progressive senior management experience.
At least 5 years in a multi-business or Group-level leadership environment.
Strong commercial and financial acumen.
Strategic thinking with strong execution discipline.
