GROUP FINANCE MANAGERINDUSTRY: HOSPITALITYOn behalf of our reputable client, HR World Ltd is looking for a Group Finance Manager who will be responsible for managing the financial health of an organization to promote success and growth while maintaining legal financial practices.
RESPONSIBILITIES;
Overall responsibility for the performance of the group within budget parameters as agreed with the Group General Manager / Board.
Ensuring the group has robust financial internal controls in the hub kitchen and satellite stores, including strategic oversight of subsidiaries in Mbeya and Mwanza.
Develop and present to the Group General Manager/ Board the long-term strategy, operational, capital budgets, and business plan.
Supporting the company’s sales & marketing team in providing a good back-end by ensuring product marketers have a good cost base for determining Route to Market (RTM) for the company’s products.
Ensure the Company remains viable through effective management of financial resources including cash flow management and financial reporting.
Actively promote the Company at local and international levels.
QUALIFICATIONS;
A bachelor's and Masters's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.
At least 7 years of experience in the FMCG industry.
CPA certified.
Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow modeling, audit, tax, and compliance obligations accounting.
