Job Purpose
Responsible for overseeing and leading successfully the Commercial Banking business, comprising of Trade Finance, Cash management Electronic banking, Business Banking, Small & Medium Scale Enterprises, Non-government organizations & Public Sector clients and transactional banking. Job
Qualifications / Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field of study.
MBA, MSC, MA, ML and/or Professional Qualifications is compulsory
Minimum of 10 years banking experience, some of which must have been spent performing a similar role in a leading commercial Bank.
Strong knowledge of banking operations, products customer segmentation and the political, economic and socio-cultural components of the Tanzanian economy
Strategic understanding of the Commercial Banking business
Lead gap analysis and ensure a high cross-sell of Corporate products.
Strong interpersonal, negotiating and problem solving skills, and customer service orientation
In-depth understanding of credit and financial drivers in the financial services industry
