HR World Ltd, on behalf of our client, we are looking for a Head of Accounts Receivables who will be responsible for leading the receivables team, ensuring timely debt collection, and maintaining strong client relationships to support smooth financial operations.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Accounts Receivables team to ensure timely collection of outstanding debts.
Conduct regular client debtor analysis and prepare accurate analytical reports for management decision-making.
Implement and monitor effective debt collection strategies to minimize overdue accounts.
Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure smooth financial transactions and timely payments.
Oversee reconciliation of accounts receivable records with customer statements.
Ensure compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and statutory requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Banking & Finance, Commerce, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ working experience at managerial level in Accounts/Finance.
CPA (T) qualification is an added advantage.
Proven track record in debtor analysis, financial reporting, and debt collection.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
High level of integrity and analytical thinking.
