Our client is a leading provider of financial services in East Africa and are currently looking to recruit a Head of Corporate Credit in Tanzania.
Primary Responsibilities:
To contribute to the growth in volume and earnings of Bank’s Corporate Banking business
Ensuring a healthy Corporate Banking portfolio by guiding, mentoring the corporate banking team and fostering responsible client/bank relationships.
Evaluate and assess the credit risks involved in lending to Corporate & Commercial clients.
Requirements:
The candidate should be very sound in credit management, business development, and treasury operations.
While Credit should be his forte it is important that his general management skills are also excellent.
The candidate should have 15- 20 years 'strong experience in Credit in a bank or Financial Institution
Excellent communication & management skills
