Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive digital strategies
Design data collection strategies for valuable customer insights, informing digital marketing and customer engagement
Collaborate with Group IT and Group Marketing to ensure alignment in digital initiatives
Drive customer retention through personalized engagement and loyalty programs
Lead digital marketing efforts, including Search Engine Optimization (SEO), social media, and e-commerce strategies
Oversee budgeting and financial planning for digital initiatives to maximize Return On Investment (ROI)
Spearhead digital transformation initiatives, optimizing e-commerce platforms
Enhance customer experience through data-driven insights and personalized interactions
Establish metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital strategies
Engage with external partners for innovative solutions and best practices
Ensure compliance with data privacy and cyber security standards
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Extensive experience in Digital Marketing, e-commerce, data analytics, and digital transformation, ideally within a multinational setting
Strong expertise in digital marketing strategies, e-commerce tools, and customer insights
Proven leadership skills with experience in motivating cross-functional teams
Excellent communication, collaboration, and financial management skills
