Job Summary:
Accountable for providing strategy for all aspects of multiple high-volume supply chain/logistics operations to ensure consistent high-level service quality and customer satisfaction, profitability, cost-efficient operations, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead a team of fleet supervisors, technicians, and administrative staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality performance.
Oversee and coordinate the maintenance, repair, and replacement of vehicles, equipment, and machinery to ensure fleet readiness and minimize downtime.
Monitor and analyze fleet utilization, fuel consumption, and maintenance costs to identify areas of improvement and implement cost-saving measures.
Prepare regular reports and presentations on fleet performance, budget utilization, and key performance indicators for senior management.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
Experience working with over 200 fleets.
Proven experience in fleet management, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial position.
Familiarity with relevant fleet management software and technologies.
Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Exceptional interpersonal skills in working with Oil and Gas departments.
