Job Description JOB PURPOSE To Promote and implements human resource values by planning and managing human resources functions. Key Result Areas/Main Responsibilities Provide overall guidance and direction to the HR areas of Reward, employee relations, and welfare, internal communication and engagement, performance and development, as well as recruitment.Work together with the executive management in the annual review of company's compensation and benefits programDrive internal communication and boost morale, communicate changes and updates on HR policies and proceduresDrive a people-related change management exerciseManage complex relationshipsBuild a strong HR Team in the operationA business partner for the management teamDevelop and update on a regular basis, a strategic HR (action) plan that contributes to the overall company goals and plans and makes recommendations for improvement of company policies, procedures, and human resource related issues.Deliver the HR KPIsMaintain knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation and ensure company's complianceDevelop and implement a development programme to ensure the structured training and development of employeesEnsure fully compliant with SOX requirements Qualifications Education background. University degree, HRM, Sociology, Psychology orientedMBA is a plus Skills& Knowledge Knowledge of the Tanzanian Labour Law is a mustHas experience in complex change processesHigh integrity and strong characterExtensive experience in the HR field, experience in the business is a plusAbility to be innovative, think outside the box and challenge the status quoA good commercial / financial backgroundHave problem-solving and Analytical Skills, can think on a strategic levelExcellent human relations and communication skillsDemonstrate a deep understanding of HR concepts and application of tools and modelsMinimum 5 years of leadership experience in HR This Position Is Open To People Local
