Bayport is present in every region in mainland Tanzania with more than 82 branches countrywide.Job descriptionYou will personally answer for all performance targets for your designated area. Your performance will be directly linked to that of your Region and all its branches.Ensuring all branch time keeping standards is kept.Provide strategic and operational directives, support and advice to staff in accordance with procedures, objectives and performance standards.Liaise with the Country Operations Managers and Chief Operations Officer on the strategic plans into operational Sales, Collection plans, manage and implement across the Region.Solving general customer problems/complaintsWeekly sales performance planning and review.Monitor and manage the achievement of the required turnover per Branch and targets.Responsible for Collections within the RegionConduct training for Regional Managers and Consultants.Collect morning statistics and day end reports to identify non-performers for the day and rectify the problem.Submit daily, morning and end of day report to CEO, Operation executive and Country Operations Manager.Recruitment of branch managers, admin, and consultants.Ensure work quality is high and that it is all delivered on timeEnsuring all branch timekeeping standards is kept.Responsibility to ensure that all administrative functions are up to date and regulations are complied with.Responsible for your region’s daily cash-ups.Responsible to ensure that the highest standard of debtor’s book quality is maintained by applying the Credit Policy strictly.It is a specific term and condition of your employment that you may be required to perform other duties and responsibilities in the course and scope of your employment with the Company as assigned by your Supervisor.Requirements for the Role EDUCATIONApplicant must possess Bachelor’s degree/Advanced Diploma in Banking, Commerce/ Business Administration, Finance/ Accounting from any recognized University or equivalent qualification.EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGEApplicant must possess a minimum of 3 years sales experience from Fast Moving Consumer Goods industry (FMCG) or Financial institutionsAbility to provide outstanding channel sales and direct sales.Possess strong product and system knowledgePossess good communications and analytical skills – English and SwahiliGood manager of people and tasksAbility to adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment.Ability to maintain records and documentation pertaining to work force.Problem-solving skillsComputer LiteracyApply for this jobAll interested candidates should send a detailed written application letter with detailed curriculum vitae (CV)and all applications should be addressed to: hr@bayport.co.tz
