Experience

Duties
Define measurable business growth objectives, management processes and measures
Develop, execute and manage retail strategy and tactical business plan, taking into account marketing opportunity
Agree on target market selection and customer propositions within the strategy
Device and agree product and sales mix
Define measurable business growth objectives, management processes and measures
Define and develop a service-based sales culture
Develop the business cases and the analysis of the company's potential, including the physical network and self-service channels
Requirements
Good general knowledge of various banking operations and banking products
Strong organizational and planning skills to be able to conceptualize and put into practice ideas
Business development and customer service skills
Relationship/People management skills
Strong leaders skills,
Marketing, selling and credit analysis skills
Verbal and written communication skills
