FlySunBird is a local aviation registered company providing helicopter services, dealing with different clients in different industries. Currently, it is looking for a Head of Sales and Marketing who is self-motivated, committed, result driven and result-driven to work with the company.
The Head of Sales and Marketing drives revenue by developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and ensuring the team meets sales targets, often overseeing sales representatives and promoting the airline to businesses and organizations
Required Skills and Qualifications
Degree in marketing, Public Relations, business administration, or any related field
5 years of proven experience in the field of event corporate relations, marketing, branding, and sales.
Must be fluent in writing and speaking English
Must have computer skills
Applicants should have a high level of discipline, communicative and interpersonal skills, analytical, innovative problem-solving skills, and time-management skills.
Business Acumen: Understanding of the helicopter/aviation industry and the factors that drive sales.
Leadership and Management Skills: Ability to lead and motivate a team.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Experience working in the Aviation industry will be an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
Develop and Implement Sales Strategies:
Create and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company and team goals.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
Manage Client Relationships:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, travel agencies, and corporate clients.
Provide excellent customer service and address client needs effectively.
Negotiate contracts and manage existing accounts.
Lead and Motivate a Sales Team:
Drive and coach field sales representatives.
Set sales targets and track performance.
Motivate and inspire the team to achieve results.
Generate Revenue:
Drive sales revenues and other related products.
Analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.
Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue.
Represent the Company:
Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
Build relationships with industry partners.
Promote the company’s brand and services.
Other Responsibilities:
Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
Manage budgets and track expenses.
Stay informed about industry regulations and best practices
To meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and asses the quality and company’s relationship with existing customers.
Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendors.
