Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
Strategic leadership - Develop and drive the school's sports vision across Programme Coordination manage the full calendar of sports activites including fixtures, competitiors, performances, trips, and eventsfor both primary and secondary campus
People Management - Line manage coaches to drive student participation and talent development.
Safeguarding & Budget - Ensure all sports activities meet child protection and health & safety standards.
Community Engagement - Communicate sports achievements, schedules, and outcomes to parents, staff and school leadership.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in education, sports management, physical education or related field.
Minimum 5 Years experience in cambridge - curricular on sports coordination.
Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills.
