The HIV testing and counseling provider will also support the project management in data collection.S/he is responsible, together with the management of the project, of the image and reputation of the NfiO locallyPROJECTThe Test and Treat Project in Shinyanga and Simiyu RegionsMAIN TASKSEnsuring that patients will receive appropriate care and counseling during the test campaignsEducating patients about all aspects of HIV disease and treatment management, as well as basic healthy lifestylesCounseling patients On HIV diagnosis, management of medications, medication and clinic follow up adherence, psychosocial issues, and basic health self- care.Counseling and educating family members and caregivers to promote secondary prevention of HIV infection, to improve the care of patients with HIV. and to strengthen social support networks of patientsTO link the HIV+ patients with the other available facilities providing HIV care and follow them during the beginning of the treatmentFilling In the reporting registers and other request documentationSupporting the Test Coordinator and Community Coordinator in monthly data collection and report writingSupporting the Test Coordinator and Community Coordinator in the test campaigns organization, planning, and implementationSupport the other staff (CUAMM Staff. HUBS Staff.
