INDUSTRY: HOSPITALITY
HR World Ltd, on behalf of our client, is seeking a Hotel Operations Manager with a strong background in banquet, food & beverage management, and retail function management within the hotel industry. We are looking for a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills, customer care expertise, and a solid understanding of business acumen.
Responsibilities:
Oversee retail and functional operations in line with company standards.
Manage and coordinate events, banquets, and other functions to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Supervise food and beverage operations, maintaining quality service and standards.
Develop and maintain excellent client relationships, demonstrating strong customer care.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field
Minimum of 4 years of experience in banquet, food & beverage, retail, and function management within the hotel industry.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is highly recommended.
Fluent English proficiency.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Demonstrated knowledge of managing functions, food & beverage, or banquets.
Excellent business acumen and problem-solving abilities.
