Job Overview
The HR & Admin Manager will be responsible for overseeing all human resource operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resource Management

Lead the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, and collaborating with line managers to fill vacancies with top talent.
Address employee concerns, promote a positive work environment, and mediate conflicts when necessary.
Manage performance review processes, guide managers on evaluations, and implement performance improvement plans.
Oversee payroll administration, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, handling disciplinary matters appropriately.
Analyze HR data, prepare detailed reports, and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

Administration

Develop and manage the office budget, monitor expenses, and ensure financial efficiency.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, and prepare minutes.
Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure an efficient working environment.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar HR & Administration role.
Relevant professional HR certification.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in HR management systems and office software.
